Change @ speed of light

In October 2012, 31-year-old Indian dentist Savita Halappanavar, who died of sepsis at University Hospital in Galway. after she was refused an emergency termination due to Ireland’s then strict anti-abortion laws. After wide spreed criticism and protest , in July 2013 , Historic abortion bill passed in Ireland (The bill allows abortions only when a pregnant woman’s life is under threat due to the pregnancy or if she is suicidal.) August 2013 Ireland performs first legal abortion after Savita’s case..

Ireland amended & changed their laws within few months for what happened with “one” Indian, That’s change @ speed of light !!

When do we expect our Indian democracy to wake up and act @ speed of light for various issues related to crime, corruption, growth & reforms and many more ?
